Ferris Bueller

On one of my day's off I found this cool striped shirt and it reminded me of Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I love a good 80s throwback. Paired with my Uniqlo shorts and some sweet shades -- I'm ready for a day of adventure and maybe a parade..  :)

Uniqlo Roll Up Chino Short

If you're near a Uniqlo and can get your hands on these shorts, I highly suggest checking them out.  They are a great ultra-flattering and comfortable basic.

Ailyn and I went a bit nuts on our first visit to the Soho location in NYC. We went crazy buying basics. $300+ later...  I'm a convert and give serious props for Uniqlo's simplicity and quality.

Goldenrod: Crayola's 120 pack

I love all different shades of yellow because it always add a lot of brightness and cheer to any look. This goldenrod tank is a winner. How do I know this color is goldenrod? Because of my love and affection for the the classic Crayola 120s pack -- complete with built in sharpener. :) Check out a spring version of yellow and a citron look for the winter months.
